Meet the Babylon Project Management Team.
OUR BACKGROUND
Jason and Jasmine are both second generation property investors. Over the last 15+ years they have acquired the skills and attributes needed in order to build personal wealth through property.
Their passion for property has fueled their ambition to build and manage a multi-million-dollar property portfolio by the age of 30. Their property experience includes new home builds, renovations, subdivisions and developments.
Over the years they have also curated an extremely experienced team of professionals that they work with to have the smoothest experience for their clients.
OUR GOALS
We acknowledge that there is an education gap when it comes to all things property and investing as it’s not something we’re generally taught in school. With this in mind, we created Babylon Project Management with the purpose to help as many people as possible start and grow their property investing journey.
We also understand that most people are time poor, resulting in many either not starting their property journey or having time to learn how to extract the full value within their property so with that being said, our mission is to share our successful project management skills and experience with our clients to help them with their property investing journey.

Jason has a strong eye for property investing with his strengths being in property acquisition, project managing, project due diligence and project planning.
Jason has successfully managed many property projects over the years from start to finish.
JASMINE SIVA
Director/ Co-Founder
Jasmine has a creative vision when it comes to project design and planning with a strength in creative problem solving, renovation design and project planning/management.
Having successfully completing many renovations, subdivisions and new builds, she has well rounded experience.
